Monolocale Luxury Resort & Spa Seminyak by Ini Vie Hospitality

Our villa was great, felt safe and secure was well cleaned everyday and always had a cute towel animal for our night time turndown. Bathroom was clean, could’ve done with more lighting and the waterfall shower head wasn’t great it had random leaks which were shooting all over the shower. Pool was great, decent size only thing we couldn’t find was the jets switch so was only turned on once our room was cleaned. Breakfast was very yum only thing I would change would be the coffee but it’s not a big deal.

It was beautiful, staff was exceptional.

I want to thank all the staff here without exception and special thanks to the reception staff. I have never seen anything like them in terms of warm welcome, sincere smiles, and VVIP service. Very nice cooperation, and their only concern is that you spend a happy time with them. I have never seen anyone like them, and I do not expect to find anyone like them. I thank everyone who did this great work, and I hope that everyone will be like them.

We had transport from the airport and the driver, Deksu, was kind enough to make pitstops to get snacks/other stuff we needed before arriving at the hotel. Check-in/check-out was very smooth and the staff at the reception was very friendly and warm. We stayed over Christmas Eve and the staff made door-to-door visits with greetings - We appreciated that. The private pool was great and have no complaints there. It was a 2 min walk to Nook, the restaurant, which was great too. It was a small, quaint little place with great staff and service. Absolutely recommend! Shout out to Mary from reception~ She greeted us by name during our stay and was very helpful overall.

The staff in Monolocale Luxury Resort were so incredibly helpful and friendly. They tended to our every need and we felt comfortable reaching out to them. My sister and I were so thankful to them.
